I have an olive tree in my back yard that mainly accomplishes making messes when the ripe olives get smashed into the bricks. But the birds like them. I tried curing olives once and it was a disaster. YUCK! One more question. I think I recall you said last year you pay the processor in olive oil, is that correct?
